A practical transition course for young people entering internships, learnerships or first jobs.
This course is designed as a serious applied learning pathway. It combines explanatory lessons, case studies, guided practice, video study resources, quizzes and portfolio evidence. The aim is not only to understand ideas, but to use them in real decisions, conversations, learning plans and development contexts.
