A reflective and applied leadership course on identity, power, inclusion, belonging and ethical social action.

This course is designed as a serious applied learning pathway. It combines explanatory lessons, case studies, guided practice, video study resources, quizzes and portfolio evidence. The aim is not only to understand ideas, but to use them in real decisions, conversations, learning plans and development contexts.
