Career Direction Blueprint is a practical, science-backed course designed to help you make confident career decisions using three powerful lenses: what you naturally enjoy (RIASEC interests), what you need to feel fulfilled and motivated (core values), and how you work best (Big Five work style). Instead of guessing, copying trends, or choosing a path based only on salary or pressure, you’ll learn a clear process to translate your assessment results into real-world career direction—grounded in evidence, realistic constraints, and next steps you can act on immediately.
Across 7 guided sections, you’ll interpret your RIASEC interest profile to identify the kinds of tasks and environments you’re drawn to, define your top values and non-negotiables to avoid “great job, wrong life” choices, and map your Big Five traits into a work-style “environment recipe” that supports your performance and wellbeing. You’ll then combine all three into a Career Fit Matrix that helps you evaluate options with clarity—highlighting both strong-fit paths and likely friction points before you commit time or money.
By the end of the course, you’ll produce a ranked shortlist of role families and career directions (with clear reasons why), build a decision scorecard you can use for future choices, and design three low-risk career experiments (such as mini projects, shadowing, informational interviews, or portfolio trials) to test fit in the real world. You’ll finish with a 1-Page Career Direction Profile that summarizes your best-fit direction, ideal work environment, and non-negotiables—plus a structured 30-day action plan to move forward with momentum.
This course is suitable for teens (16+), students, early-career professionals, career switchers, and entrepreneurs who want alignment and focus. Whether you’re choosing subjects, selecting a qualification, deciding on a major, planning a career pivot, or trying to clarify your role in a business, Career Direction Blueprint gives you a clean, minimalist framework to make decisions that are authentic, sustainable, and actionable.
Welcome! Use the templates and activities—this is where the value is.
