Communication doesn’t break down because people “can’t talk.” It breaks down because expectations are unclear, emotions go unmanaged, and important conversations get avoided until they become conflict.
Communication & Relationships Toolkit (Workplace Edition) is a 6-week, scenario-based programme that helps you communicate clearly, set boundaries without guilt, handle conflict calmly, and collaborate with confidence—at work and in real life. The approach is MBTI-style skills (you’ll learn how different styles show up), but the focus is practical behaviours you can use immediately, not labels.
You’ll build a repeatable toolkit for everyday moments: meetings that go nowhere, feedback that lands badly, WhatsApp/Slack misreads, awkward tension with a teammate, or trying to say “no” without damaging the relationship.
What you’ll get
-
30 short lessons (5 per week for 6 weeks) designed to fit around work or study
-
Real workplace scenarios (meetings, feedback, deadlines, misunderstandings, conflict repair)
-
Weekly workbooks with scripts, templates, and practice drills you can reuse
-
2–3 short video moments per week to model tone, phrasing, and delivery
-
Weekly scenario quizzes to sharpen judgment and decision-making
-
A Capstone: Personal Communication Playbook (1–2 pages) + a 30-day practice plan to lock in habits
What you’ll be able to do by the end
-
Speak with clarity: make better asks, reduce back-and-forth, and get decisions
-
Set boundaries professionally: say no, renegotiate, and protect your time respectfully
-
Give and receive feedback without spirals or defensiveness
-
De-escalate tense moments and repair conflict without losing dignity
-
Collaborate more smoothly across different working and communication styles
-
Build a personal “default” system you can rely on under pressure
How to use it
This course is built to be light daily effort + real practice. Aim for one lesson per day (Mon–Fri) and complete the short practice task immediately after. That’s where the progress happens.
If you’re short on time:
-
watch/read the lesson,
-
do the 5–10 minute drill,
-
apply one script in a real conversation that week.
Your end result is not just “knowledge”—it’s a toolkit you can use on Monday morning.
Welcome! This programme is designed to be self-paced with examples, scripts, and self-checks in every lesson.
