Akili Roho means “Mind & Soul”. The name reflects our belief that people-development should be both intelligent and deeply human. We are interested in how people think, learn, relate, choose, work and grow — not as abstract theory, but as a practical path to better decisions and stronger futures.
Our work began from a focus on neuroscience, psycho-social development, transformation and human potential. Today, that foundation has evolved into a digital platform for psychometric assessments, reports, courses, mentorship and organisational development support.
